w/ Templates? I'm not sure what you're looking for there, but we've had great successs with Data::Paginate, tha author hasn't released it to cpan yet but we've been testing it for him and its awesome and complete!
The docs are pretty good to w/ examples. I've seen several people that need it so you should contact the author and ask about it, he's really nice and helpful.
Maybe if folks are asking for it they'll put it on the top of their priority list :)
