Mason Issues

Hello,

I recently copied over a site from an older server to a new one.
Everything
appeared to be working fine until I started using the old config file.
Now,
when I start Apache, I get a ton of errors like those below and can't
get
Apache to start. Does anyone know why this may be happening?

Subroutine _mod_perl_args redefined at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/HTML/Mason/ApacheHandler.pm line 996.
Subroutine http_header_sent redefined at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/HTML/Mason/ApacheHandler.pm line 1011.
Subroutine _set_mason_req_out_method redefined at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/HTML/Mason/ApacheHandler.pm line 1014.
Subroutine return_not_found redefined at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/HTML/Mason/ApacheHandler.pm line 1060.
Subroutine handler redefined at (eval 125) line 2.

The new server is running Apache 1.3.34 with mod_perl and several other
modules. The old server was running Apache 1.3.33.
