Perl script to backup Cisco configs. to TFTP server via Write Net command

Hi,

I'm trying to come up with a script that could perform telnet session
to teh cisco devices (4507, to be exact), when prompt for username and
password (TACACS), would then perform "write net" command to a TFTP
server where the configs will be collected.

Any ideas how I may start this out? I've been searching for something
like this but havent seen something that would suggest using "write
net" command; only snmp or such similar solutions.

Please help!

Thanks!
