PAR-PP package on Windows

I have installed PP (PAR-Package) under OS/X and it works fine

Under Windows i use ActiveState's PERL and PPM manager to
install PAR, it works fine and it founds extra package etc..

But when i open a terminal and try
pp -o hello.exe hello.pl

It just say pp not found...

And i can't found any under c:\perl

Any ide..
