Problem with DBI install

Hi, DBI group:
I had problem with installing DBI module.
When make, make test, make install, it complained
of c-compiler not found in a non-existent directory.
How can I make DBI generate a Makefile with correct
C compiler path location.
(see errorlog below)
My C-compiler is: /usr/ucb/cc
