bad file descriptor ..

Couldnt copy c:/perl5.8.2/site/lib/auto/DBI/dbd_xsh.h to
new_perl/sql/plib/auto/DBI/dbd_xsh.h: Bad file descriptor

Can anyone tell me how to fix the above error ...
