[DBD::InterBase] CREATE DATABASE, get ID.

        Hello, All.
I try to write DBIx::SearchBuilder FireBird/InterBase port and
RequestTracker too. Now, I have couple of questions.

1) How can I CREATE DATABASE with DBD::InterBase?

2) May be I've missed something, but I can't find easy way to select
value from generator. Now, I use dummy table and query 'select first 1
GEN_ID(xxx, 1) from dummy' to get new ID. I can use procedure, but I
don't want create procedure for each generator. Did I miss something, is
there more flexible way?

3) Where could I get fbclient API reference?
