problem building DBI module

    Hi folks,

    Having won battle with modperl installation by
    upgrading perl to version 5.8.4 I got another problem:
    I cannot build nor DBI either DBD modules wich
    configured successfully against perl-5.8.1 :(((

    After issuing usual "perl Makefile.PL" and then "make"
    I get error:

    cc1: error1: invalid option "mtune -pentiumpro"

    Of course I can delete lines in Makefile that carry
    this option but it is said: don't edit this file...

    And more: Makefile contains both perl 5.8.4 and 5.8.1
    paths maybe I get rid of the old one?
