problem building DBI module

Hi folks,

My problem dissolved by itself. After some
deliberation how `-mtune=pentiumpro' option may help
me while my processor is straight Pentium I decided to
delete it from OPTIMIZE line.

Following that I did `make', `make test' & `make
install'. All tests have passed successfully, except
for skipped ones...

If someone thinks I lack some optimization you are
welcome to comment.
