Installing DBD-Oracle

Hi,
I have installed perl, v5.8.3 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread and I
am trying to install the DBD-Oracle and I am getting the error
C:\temp>ppm install dbd-oracle.ppd
Error: no suitable installation target found for package DBD-Oracle.
I searched for the zip files DBD-Oracle in
http://ppm.activestate.com/PPMPackages/zips/8xx-builds-only/Windows/ and
could not find it so I used the one in
http://ppm.activestate.com/PPMPackages/zips/6xx-builds-only/
But when i try to run ppm install I get the erro mentioned above.
Does any one know or expereinced this problem and how a solution to
rectify it.
OR can I get the latest DBD-oracle for perl version 5.8.3
