Oracle Magazine Editors' Choice Awards 2004

The latest issue of the Oracle Magazine came with this year's Editors'
Choice Awards. Since I haven't seen it mentioned here yet I thought
I'd send in a note that

        The Open Source Developer of the Year 2004

award went to

        Tim Bunce
