Re: UTF8 in CSV (was Re: select through DBD::CSV)

I followed your advice and used DBD::AnyData but the symptoms are the
same - no match with encoding pragma (iso-8859-2) and like operator. It
was tested on XP with the latest version from CPAN, ActiveState has
0.05 which exhibited a bug. The same problems were on Solaris.
