Windows DBD::Oracle and newer versions of Perl.

FYI, I've recently had to re-install perl on a machine where I'm contracting. It's 5.8.7.
To test, I pulled in DBD::Oracle from the ftp.esoftmatic.com site from 5.8.4. It's
working like a charm at the moment. Nothing fancy in the tests yet, but it's working. If
anyone is having specific problems and you've tried *completely* uninstalling older
versions of perl, then install the new version of perl (perhaps into a new directory),
please let me know.
