I just love this phrase! Nothing personal, Cees, I assure you.

A lot of the problems uncovered in this discussion are due to attempts to use
code to solve the wrong problem: That is, people can be a bit fanatical about
control (a Freudian symptom) which is simply not a programming problem, it's a
psychological problem.

Nevertheless, I can see a need (or is that just 'a use') for plug-ins, and the
problem of ordering seems to arise naturally. But I have my doubts as to what
the problem really is...
