dbi-users@xxxxxxxx is the right place for both. I've been off-line for a few
days and haven't seen your original question yet, but since this is a volunteer
list, either no-one felt they had anything significant to say, or they might
have been away (like me) or too busy to respond immediately.

The better you state your question the better chance you have of a useful
response.
