Help on installing db2 driver for perl

Hi,
I'm trying to install DBD-DB2 driver for perl. I'm could success fully install DBD::DB2; but gives me error on DBD::DB2::Constants;
Below is the error that i receive.
Error installing package 'http://ftp.esoftmatic.com/outgoing/DBI/5.8.3/DBD-DB2.p
pd': Could not locate a PPD file for package http://ftp.esoftmatic.com/outgoing/
DBI/5.8.3/DBD-DB2.ppd
