DBI for Win2000 installation

Hello,
I installed ActivPerl 5.8.7 on Windows2000.
While installation of DBI I got these errors dumped:
Error: No valid repositories:
Error: 500 Can't connect to ppm.ActiveState.com:80 (connect: Unknown error)
Error: 500 Can't connect to ppm.ActiveState.com:80 (connect: Unknown error)

Does anybody know what the problem is, and is there a possibility to install
DBI whitout connection to ActiveState?
