After DBD-Oracle-1.16 installation, i can run perl
script from command prompt with out any problem on
Local and Remote databases, but when i try to run from
browser i am getting following error message. (MessageBoardPlugin.pm is
TWiki module)
Error message:

'/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8/cygwin/auto/DBD/Oracle/Oracle.dll'
for module DBD::Oracle: dlopen, Win32 error 127 at
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8/cygwin/DynaLoader.pm line 231. at (eval 50) line 3
Compilation failed in require at (eval 50) line 3. Perhaps a required
shared library or dll isn't installed where expected at
.../lib/TWiki/Plugins/MessageBoardPlugin.pm line 88
