Your sysadmin has not finished installing DBI :)
You may have a problem with perl and DBI being compiled with different
compilers - for example if you're using the perl that came with AIX
(compiled at IBM with xlC or whatever) and you compiled DBI with gcc.
You may need to rebuild Perl and DBI using the same compiler.
