Unable to install DBD::Oracle on windows XP

Hello All
I have installed Active Perl on my windows XP and also installed DBI
package.
But When I try to install DBD::Oracle I get the follow error
*****************************************************
ppm> install DBD-Oracle.ppd
Error: no suitable installation target found for package DBD-Oracle.
*****************************************************
Can some please help me.
