Normal perl script is working fine except those require Oraperl.

And for the rest, note that 5.6.1 in the Oracle pathway - it isn't the
same as 5.8.x that you're using.

Either downgrade to Perl 5.6.1 or upgrade the Oracle stuff to Perl
5.8.x.
