windows x64bit DBI not working??

Hi,

I've copied my working system from a x32bit W2k3 server to a x64bit
system and can no longer get DBI to work (my @dsns = DBI-
data_sources('ODBC')) returns no data sources. I have defined the
system DSNs, permissioned them etc etc etc.

Any ideas?
