SWI-prolog, XPCE help

Hi!

Could anyone give me a quick example of how to use XPCE to build a
GUI-application??
For example make a new window that contains two rectangles in diffrent
colors, i guess you could call them "labels" in Visual Basic, but
basic rectangles works great as an demostration.
