You surely can hope :-) I'd try to run a simple executable from a
shell account to see whether the shared objects (dlls in Windows
speak) are compatible. For one thing it is possible the hardware
isn't even Intel IA32 based. For CGI, you definitely have to create
the state from plcon.exe.
