Few questions

Hi again,
I was given a task to do the lexical analysis for Prolog. I am almost
done,but still have few questions.
Task says "..You need to support basic constructs of language like input and
output statements, blocks, conditional and unconditional jump, loops and
handle ambiguities which come with lexical analysis"
Are there really loops and (un)conditional jump in Prolog?
I doubt in knowledge of person who gave me this task.
Thanks for any help,
Miljen
