Well, I just want to start from the basics.

Oh no, please, have you not understood what Abhinav wants ?
You must be Good. Always knowing what people want and what
they can understand and what not. I don't know anything
sirious and more basic then "The Art of Prolog". I started
learning Prolog a few weeks ago and I'm reading it with Joy
and to me this Book is more basic then a class about logical
and functional programming I just had.
Yes there are words like "isomorphic trees" and comparing
"quadratic" and "linear" complexity of programs on the
first 60 Pages. But this things have nothing to do with
Prolog this sort of vocabulary belongs to the science of
Mathematics and Computers. Since I'm studding both subjects
for several semesters including lessons about computational
complexity theory and data structures I don't have
problems with stuff like that. How do I know about the
prerequisite of the OP? Did he tell us something about it?
I can't find anything about it in his post. He has not even
a name which leads to the conclusion that English is his
mother tongue. Thus I can't even draw any conclusion about
his skills based on the way he is talking. And all in all
what did I do? I told him about a book which is good in
my opinion. I got my copy for 10 Euro by Amazon. I prefer
having a book a pencil, a peace of paper and the computer
turned of for studding thus I wouldn't learn Prolog from
a web resource even if there would be any as good as the
"The Art of Prolog". Yes, of course others like it different
but who are you, that you can tell. Why not just offering
people whats there and letting it up to them to decide?
People are not stupid!
ps. and it's Shapiro, not Shapirok
Right. A typo, sorry.

Stephan
