That's what the people who invented and are maintaining/updating JPL
should do if they want to.

"Should if they want"? For a while, you want. And in open source
community there is a habit that nobody has any obligations to fulfill
somebody's request on "should" basis. Contrary, if you think that this
"should" be done, you should do the job and contribute your work to
the community

Other way is to pay for service
