[ANN] Dabo Runtime for Windows 0.4 Released

We've just updated the Dabo Runtime for Windows. This allows someone who is
running Windows to try out Dabo without having to install any prerequisites,
not even Python itself. It includes the latest version of the Dabo framework,
as well as the demo apps and the (still-under-construction) visual design
tools.

As usual, it can be found, along with our other stuff, at
http://dabodev.com/download.
