I found easy_install.exe in my Python 2.7 distribution. I ran

Save yourself the pain trying to get it to build from source. Instead, just install a
precompiled binary, for instance the one available from:
http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#lxml
