Tk button bug (?)

I've had this application for a while and noticed this... bug? I didn't
want to mention it because I never thought it was really important, but
maybe someone here would like to know.
My program had two text widgets and two buttons. The upper button very
often (but not always) looked as if it were "chipped" on the side. Then
I would click on it and it would look OK.
Today, I added a third button in the middle, between the upper and the
lower button. Now, and only now, the bug seems to affect the two
buttons. Not the new one, in the middle. Only the two older buttons,
one of which did not use to be affected before.
