Note that the key bindings were never made. You could log a bug that it
is confusing to have the Editor and HTML Help have different font resize
bindings, but they are different components.

BTW, I forgot to mention that Control-Shift +/- is what controls the
font size in the Editor component.

cygwin does everything differently ... and that's why it is a pain to
work with sometimes. It forces *too* much unix in Windows. For
example, whereas some have complained that Tcl tried to convert \ to /
in all exec arguments on Windows (which is does not - only the first),
cygwin actually *does* do that unless you carefully quote things.
