Probably I would end up with exactly this. But I don't think it would be
during this project. This project need very few functionality from
printing subsystem. I think that adding about screenful of lines to
tclprint would satisfy these requirements, if I wouldn't find that
Michael Schwartz's printing extension doesn't suit better.

I'd rather spend my time improving functionality of DJGPP tcl port and
Ck interface toolkit which are involved in this project too.

What do you mean "make it work on unix"? On unix one typically doesn't
need such silly things as print selection dialogs. Envrionment variable
PRINTER does the job. And we have perfectly working postscript
subcommand of canvas widget.

I don't ask him spending his time. I complain about him wasting my time
publishing something which web search engines points me to, which turns
out not only buggy, but impossible to fix.

Really, I haven't even start with such complains. I've just described
all solutions for printing problem I've investigated so far.
He've taken this as offence.
