ANN: TclXML v3.0b2 Combo Binary for Mac OS X

Binaries of v3.0 beta 2 of the TclXML family of packages are now available
for the Mac OS X (Panther) platform. The "combo" distribution includes
the following frameworks:

libxml2 2.6.7
libxslt 1.1.4
TclXML/libxml2 v3.0b2
TclDOM/libxml2 v3.0b2
TclXSLT v3.0b2
