Scroll, What the concept?

    Hi all!

    It's me, the mad brazilian trying make one book about TCL/TK.

    So... I don't understand the concept of scrolling in TK. Is very, very
    strange need put explicity one scroll in one widget!!

    I do some codes and I can use without problems, but I don't know how
    explain how work the code because I don't know the concept in scroll
    commands.

    Can you help me?

    Somebody have one sample code with one detail explanation?

    And somebody have one [good] explication about why scroll work like
    this in TK?
