consulting job opportunity in Reston VA

I have a 6 month+ TCL consulting opportunity in Reston VA. The
requirement is as follows:

· TCL developers with a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on
development experience
· Ability to write system design documents
· Ability to review product requirements documents, technical design
documents and turn them into system design documents
· Fluent in the use of version control tools, CVS is a plus
· C or Java skills are a MAJOR plus
· 3 years experience with SQL required
· 3 years experience with Unix is required

The rate is 40/hr with some flexability.
