how to use Tcl access winXP recycle bin

hi, friends, I want to use tcl access winXP recycle bin, and get files
name in the recycle bin. I found from some websites that the recycle
bin is under the directory of \RECYCLER or \RECYCLED, but there is
nothing in these two directory even I delete some file to recycle bin,
so if I want to use tcl to find all files name in winXP recycle bin,
what I should do? I installed norton antivirus professional edition, is
this software changed recycle bin to some other directory?
