in canvas with scrollbar , how do i use page down and page up binding

    i have a canvas with scrollbar .now i want to use page down and page up
    event .
    how exactly i should proceed i am not getting
    i have gone through man page of scrollbar ,in that i found SCROLLING
    COMMANDS
    prefix moveto fraction , prefix scroll number units ,prefix scroll
    number pages
    should i use these , and how to implement it is not clear ?
