Problems with autoexpect

I am getting autoexpect to run successfully when it calls process or
tries to kill process that reside on different machines. When I invoke
autoexpect and capture the necessary info from the particular GUIs
everything appears to go ok. Then when I try to run the script that was
saved it hangs where there is a call to another machine. Any help would
be appreacited. I am unable to include any of the script that was
created so any help would have to be of a general nature.
