PSPad: Syntax highlighting for Tcl

Hello out there,
trying out PSPad I was somewhat disappointed to see that it does not
understand Tcl wrt syntax highlighting. Since some proponents of this
editor seem to regularly visit clt, maybe one of them knows of an URL
where to obtain a suitable syntax file.
