Just as general advice, a good Category selection is helpful, but
most important is just that some Category gets picked, whether or
not it is the "best" one.

Any Category selection will drop it in some maintainer's lap, and if
the choice is wrong, they'll be likely to pass it on to the right place.

No Category -> no maintainer -> significant potential to get lost.
