tbcload for 8.5

Hi,

Is there somewhere a recent version of tbcload that supports the latest
Tcl 8.5 ? In particular, for OSX. I understand ActiveTcl ships with
one, but I need to be able to distribute it with my code

I believe the changes required are because of {expand}. Would it be
much effort involved to bring it up to speed ?
