Embedded TCL and Single File Executables

Currently I use mktclapp to build an application which contains C and
lots of embedded TCL. For some of the newer standalone efforts I have
used starpacks - and love them.

Is there any tool that will combine the benefits of both mktclapp and
starpacks and make one single file executable?
