Currently I use mktclapp to build an application which contains C and lots of embedded TCL. For some of the newer standalone efforts I have used starpacks - and love them.
Is there any tool that will combine the benefits of both mktclapp and starpacks and make one single file executable?
What are the benefits of mktclapp that you don't get with starpacks? Could you be confusing starkits and starpacks (the latter being a single file executable that is tclkit+starkit)?
