Localisation of Tcl/Tk Application

Hi,

We need to localise Tcl/Tk application in devnagari (Hindi or
Marathi) ..

Can someone give me exact steps to go ahead about this ??

Major issues is fonts and unicode labels, messages in UI

The platform is linux. In case we have to use gnutext utilities ..
how to go about it starting with message files .mo, .po etc
