Most of them generate errors and don't run smoothly. Am I the only one
who has problems with them?

You said they work with IE, but not FF 1.5.0.1. That's the
version I'm running on Windows, and the samples seem to work
fine (the first two on the demos page, the ruler and the clock
I just checked). What errors are generated?

I just downloaded the plugin 3.x to my Linux box which runs a 5 year old
version of Mozilla (v0.9.2.1 from RedHat 7.2). The plugin installs just
fine but it doesn't work.

Does this plugin only work with Firefox 1.5 and higher?
