Re: TclTk on WindowCE

Hello eric,

While never released, previous version of eTcl used to support (not so long ago) WinCE 3.0 (WM2000 and WM2002). Support for native menus and sockets have been fully rewritten to be much more complete, and they are actually the only parts of eTcl requiring WM2003 or better (aka CE 4.2+).
i will only need standard widgets _and_ serial support.
it would be a real boon to have the new -ttycontrol -ttystatus options working.

I didn't recompile eTcl for CE 3.0 since several monthes now, but if I find some time to give it a try, I will let you know. However, I have no more hardware platform to test it (except if someone has one, no more used, to donate ;-)) so if first attempt doesn't work, I guess I won't be able to ptovide any fix.
this would be extremely kind.

currently i have one surplus LG 120 H (~phenom) with WinCE 2.11 (in germany)?
not the right one i think.
my friend will probably buy a refurbished HP Jornada 680 through eBay.

could/should i contact you when i have a "toy" at my hands?
