XmlRPC

Hi guys

I would like to ask you about remote procedural call , i found two
libraries in the sourcefourge.net one is tclsoap an the other is
xmlrpc.

which one is better to use..?

also in tclsoap library the examples are not so clear so i will be
glade if somebody help me with that .
