repost....tuning of "send" output to screen in Expect script




Is there a way to turn off the screen output from the "send" command from
within an Expect script ??

Note: "log_user 0" does NOT turn it off nor does "stty -echo" since that
turns off stdin echoing (ie. keyboard)
