Tcl Plug-In for Eclipse

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to post a new message that I created a Tcl Plug-in for
Eclipse using
TclBlend from the tcljava SourceForge project. They have not included
my changes
into TclBlend as of yet. Therefore, you'll have to apply my patch:

I'm currently not able to maintain my work, however, the amount of
changes made to get
this to work was minimal.
