Question about AS licence

Hi,

Licences are always written using quiet hard to understeand language
(even it's english), so I wan't to ask a very simple question and I
would appreciate such a simple answer.

If my Tcl application uses Tile extension (or any other included in
free AS ActiveTcl), then can I distribute SDX-wrapped application with
that extension included in my starkit? Would it be ok?

....and if it's ok, then what licence should I apply to the starpack?
